Shane Nicoletti

Shane Nicoletti is  a member of the Witset First Nation in British Columbia and currently lives in Toronto. He works as a Strategy and Operations Manager at HomeEquity Bank, where he leads initiatives that improve efficiency and customer experience across lending operations. Before this, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising financial institutions and public organizations on strategy and performance transformation.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Focus Forward for Indigenous Youth, where he helps guide programs that provide hands-on skills training and empower Indigenous youth across Canada. He also contributes to the Center for Indigenous Corporate Partnerships (CICP), which works to strengthen Indigenous economic participation and partnerships in the private sector.

Being the first in his family to graduate high school and pursue higher education shaped his commitment to mentorship and representation. He’s motivated to help build spaces that connect young Indigenous professionals, strengthen leadership, and share knowledge between communities and industries.
