Mila MacCuish

Mila MacCuish is a Queen’s Commerce graduate who shifted from strategy and sales roles at RBC into full-time entrepreneurship. After gaining experience in client strategy and sales, including serving as a Royal Eagles Co-Chair alongside Cameron Skura where she supported community and Indigenous engagement efforts, Mila realized she wanted to build something of her own from the ground up.

She co-founded Irritated, a skincare brand created for sensitive, reactive skin and inspired by her own long-term skin challenges. Since launching in May 2025, Mila has led every part of the business, from formulation and clinical testing to manufacturing, branding, regulatory work, retail development, and community growth. The brand has been featured in British Vogue, is on track to reach six figures in its first year with a single SKU, and has secured its first EU retail partnerships ahead of a 2026 expansion.

Mila is motivated by thoughtful leadership, curiosity, and building products that genuinely help people feel better in their skin.
