Mackenzie Beerbaum

Mackenzie is a University of Calgary Bachelor of Commerce graduate and current MBA student with a passion for promoting access to education. With hands-on experience in undergraduate recruitment in the Canadian and U.S. markets, she has honed skills in outreach and engagement. Her initial work in Indigenous student recruitment ignited a strong advocacy for reducing barriers to education for underrepresented groups. Motivated by a desire to create meaningful change, Mackenzie is exploring future opportunities that will empower Indigenous students and contribute to the broader landscape of inclusivity in higher education. Through both advocacy and action, they aim to ensure more equitable pathways for those traditionally marginalized in academia.
