With 15 years of experience across corporate partnerships, non-profits, and entrepreneurship, Chelsea has learned the importance of blending strategy with relationships — pairing growth, negotiation, and execution with mentorship, culture, and human connection. Ever since she was young, she had wanted to be part of larger conversations and spaces where meaningful change is shaped alongside thoughtful leaders. What draw her to the Indigenous Leadership Circle is the chance to engage in those kinds of discussions with others who care deeply about community impact. She is eager to contribute what she had learned, learn from the experiences of others, and help strengthen our collective ability to lead with intention and reciprocity.
